Q: Can I return or exchange my items?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged.
For regular priced items, you can return or exchange the items, simply by informing us at email@example.com together with the reason of your return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt (based on the shipment tracking).
We will refund you in the form of store credits for returned items (excluding shipping fee if any), as well as the remaining balance of your exchanged items should the price is lower.
In the case that we are unable to provide you the exchanged item that you requested, the balance will automatically be refunded in the form of store credits as well.
Q: How do I return or exchange my items?
You can return or exchange the item by informing us at firstname.lastname@example.org together with the reason of your return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt (based on the shipment tracking).
You will be responsible for all shipping charges, returned charges or both ways associated with exchange. The usage of registered post with tracking number is strongly recommended in order to avoid shipping loss. We are not responsible for loss package and damaged item during shipping due to poor packing. In this case, no store credits refund nor exchange will be allowed.
You need to send back the returned item within 3 days after you have sent us the notification email. We will inspect the item upon receipt. An item that has been worn; damaged and/or altered and tag removed will not be refunded nor exchanged, and we reserved the rights for the final decision for this matter.
Q: What do I do if I received damaged item?
First of all, we apologize for sending you damaged item. We check the quality of the item carefully and for damages before sending out. However, slight irregularities in stone colours and variations in silversmith work are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewellery and should not be considered as defective.
If you did receive a damaged item, please send us details about the damage to your item to email@example.com within 48 hours upon receipt. We would contact you to make further arrangement. Please note that damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging and the tag is un-removed.
Q: What do I do if I received incorrect items?
You can inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours upon receipt of the items and we will sort this for you.
